In my senior year of college my partner Sarah DiPippa and I worked on a multimedia story on the current menstrual equity legislation in New Jersey. Through pictures, video, writing and infographics, we told an impactful news story about what NJ is doing right now for women’s menstrual health.

They are the unspoken heroes that walk the very campus we all attend, and they are meant to be recognized.

Adam Plaza, 18, is a Student Assistant at the residence building, Stone Hall.
He walks through his day, showing us exactly how it is to live in the same place that he works.

Scott, their son and brother who has passed has such a strong force in their life.
